Am I charged for cancellation?

If you need to cancel your appointment, it must be done no later than 24 hours before by email. If not, in these cases we charge a fee that corresponds to the full amount of the test that would be issued.

What is the difference between a PCR test and a health certificate?

A PCR test is done to rule out that you have an ongoing infection with Covid-19. Nasopharyngeal sampling means a sampling stick with a cotton swab is taken and inserted at the back of the nose to the posterior pharyngeal wall. There, the stick is rotated for about five seconds against the mucous membrane. The sample is then sent encrypted to our partner's accredited security laboratory and analyzed. A negative PCR result (health certificate) is a security measure that the majority of countries require when entering today.

What is antibody testing?

Accepted Answer

An antibody test can be taken by you who have previously had symptoms that may be consistent with covid-19. An antibody test can show if you have previously been ill with covid-19, and thus show if you have developed antibodies that can give you protection against falling ill with covid-19 again. You need to wait at least 14 days after you have fully recovered before leaving the sample so that antibodies have developed at levels that can be measured. Antibody testing is taken via blood tests in the finger.

What is antigen testing?

Antigen test (rapid test) is performed to rule out that you have an ongoing infection with Covid-19. Nasopharyngeal sampling means that a sampling stick with a cotton stopper is taken and inserted about 2.5 cm into each nasal passage where the stick is rotated for about five seconds against the mucous membranes. Antigen tests are not as sensitive as PCR as they are not analyzed in a laboratory. Used as a complement with 83.8% -99.9% accuracy with response time within 30 minutes.
